Commissioner's Cup 2005

It was hot, it was humid, it was tiring.....but it was FUN!

Commissioner's Cup 2005 saw many new beginnings and the end of an era.

Phil Good took the helm this year as the new assignor of the Cup and did an OUTSTANDING job in the post. We look forward to seeing Phil back in 2006.

Many new referees were brought into the tournament this year as well. Some new stars are definitely in the making! Old friends returned to make the atmosphere "in the tent" something special to remember.

This year also saw the end of the tenure of Tournament Director Rich Shea. Rich is retiring from the post after a long and very distinguished career. Cup referees who have been with the tournament for a while will remember that Rich was once the Cup assignor as well as the tournament director! How did he do it all?

We hope that these pictures bring back some fond memories of a great tournament!
