Referee Evaluations are only accepted from team officials that are listed on an official roster (i.e. Coaches, team managers, etc...). Evaluations are not to be submitted by supporters of a team or any other entity.
If you have a concern or compliment regarding a referee and/or his or her performance, please speak to your team's coach and ask him or her to submit a referee evaluation.
Evaluations not submitted by an authorized team official will be disregarded.
